Say goodbye to slow speeds, ads, and tedious scripts - VidBee focuses on the key challenges of downloading Bilibili videos.
No scripts or complicated setup required. Follow the steps to capture high-quality videos effortlessly.
Open a video you have permission to save and copy its address. A public page can still have account or regional restrictions.
Use Add URL in VidBee, paste the address and fetch its information. Configure your own authorized cookies when the source requires login; check the cookies guide before retrying.
Choose from the formats actually returned by the source. For a multi-part input, check which entries were loaded and which files completed. Open the output; an entry in the queue does not prove a successful download.
Resolution and available entries depend on Bilibili, your account and the current extractor.
Choose 4K or 1080p only when that stream is available to your account. VidBee does not unlock paid, private, region-restricted or unavailable content. A public video URL does not guarantee that every part of a course or season is accessible.
Loaded entries, selected tasks and completed files are different counts.
yt-dlp supports several Bilibili link types, but availability depends on the source and account access. Check the entries VidBee actually returns. Do not assume a favorites list, Watch Later, bangumi season or course will always load in full; private favorites and Watch Later can require login.
Source captions differ from embedded subtitle tracks and speech recognition.
Bilibili caption fetching can require cookies. In v2.1.0, the downloader skips that caption request without cookies. When available, XML danmaku and SRT captions can be saved beside the video. This does not mean they were embedded in the video or that the browser subtitle extractor can read those sidecar files from the video. For a source without captions, use local transcription on a permitted downloaded or imported file.
Download speed and success depend on the source, network and current dependencies.
VidBee is an MIT-licensed desktop project with official Windows, macOS and Linux releases. Check the output folder and individual task status. If a task fails, read its error before retrying; changing the output container does not resolve missing source permissions. No full-bandwidth or all-source success rate is promised.
